It’s disheartening to witness how, over the years, many companies have had to downsize, and the business landscape has shifted, resulting in consulting rates declining instead of rising; like for my consulting rate being $125 per hour 20 years ago to $55 per hour in recent times,

So, I eagerly sought out new and exciting opportunities to fill my pockets with even more money.
